Delegate Capito moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 30, line 10, immediately following the word section by inserting the following “:provided, however, that a marijuana conviction under §60A-4-401(a)(i), or §60A-4-409(b)(1) of this code is not eligible for supervised release provided by this section.”
